Position: AP Specialist

Duration: Temp to hire

Location: Foster City

Schedule: Hybrid schedule (Training period - it will be 3-4 days per week in the office). Once training is done/completed, it will be 2-3 days in the office per week

Duties:

• Full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor maintenance, uploading invoices (both PO and non-PO), processing payments, and researching statements.
• Other miscellaneous projects, such as preparing quarterly statements for legal and consultant suppliers, cleaning up AP aging reports, managing 1099 forms, and more.
