Position Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Duties:

• Follow up with recent customers to assess satisfaction and schedule callbacks with service managers if needed
• Answer incoming calls for appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Document calls appropriately
• Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $18-$20/hr (depending on experience) + BONUS
  • BONUS = reps make an extra $2-$3 per hour, paid monthly on an incentive basis around $400-$500 monthly (based on email capture rate, call volume, achievements, etc.)
• Hours: This opening with have rotating Saturdays
  • Tues- Friday 9:30-6pm and Saturday 7:30am-4pm (off Sunday and Monday)
  • Mon-Friday 9:30-6pm when not working on Saturday ( Saturday and Sunday)
  • Training will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for the first 3 weeks
• Location: In-office, White Bear Lake
