Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in California. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a high volume of invoices and is proficient in 3-way matching processes.

Responsibilities

  • Processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Performing 3-way matching to ensure correct billing and payment procedures.
  • Ensuring that all financial transactions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintaining and organizing financial records for easy retrieval and review.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of invoices efficiently.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
