Our customers success depends on an experienced Program Manager joining our team to oversee a mission-critical satellite ground system engineering, development, integration, and sustainment program for the U.S. Space Force in Albuquerque, NM. HOW THE PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Oversee scheduling, resourcing, asset inventory, risk, performance quality to optimize organizational efficiencies, drive performance management, and ensure continual service improvement and innovation efforts across the project life cycleEnsure customer outcomes are achieved while addressing opportunities to increase quality, reduce cost, and minimize riskProvide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation effortsManage employee compensation and benefitsEnsure safety and security of personnel and government propertyMaintain Communications and Stakeholder Engagement planCoordinate with key Customer stakeholders to fully understand Customer requirements, expected outcomes, and areas of concern WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED: Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience10 years of increasing leadership experience managing progressively larger and more complex DoW contracts up to $200M or Retired Military Leader (ML) having held a Branch Chief position managing $200M budget and associated contractsExperience managing high op-tempo mission sustainment programs with system engineering, system integration, operations, and logistics support functions.
