The Regional Sales Manager for Beckman Coulter is responsible for leading a team of cross disciplined sales executives and coaching the sales teams to increase sales revenue through market penetration and promotion of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics portfolio of products. This position is part of the North American Commercial Organization and will be fully remote, preferably based in Chicago, Illinois with 50% travel. You will be a part of the Central Area and responsible for guiding Key Account Manager's and Product Sales Executives through long sales campaigns with hospitals and laboratories within your defined region and across the country. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. The salary range for this role is$140,000 160,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $250,000 $270,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
