Competitive Summer Analysts will be eligible to receive an offer to return in full time positions as part of our Analyst program upon graduation. Job Description: The Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance (WCD - CLF) team underwrites and manages the debt capital Truist commits to its corporate client base. WCD teammates work together with Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver capital and strategic ideas to the Truist client base. Post close of a debt funded transaction, WCD teammates lead the credit relationship with their clients and actively manage and monitor the credit profile and exposure levels across their portfolios. The summer program will introduce Wholesale Credit Delivery summer analysts to Truist, corporate finance and specifically, debt analysis. Summer analysts in this Wholesale Credit Delivery program will work with the Corporate & Leveraged Finance team, where they will get the opportunity to focus on the debt profiles of Truist Securities clients and support Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists and Risk Managers to deliver strategic solutions to Truists clients. The CLF team analyzes companies financial operating performance, evaluates industry trends and identifies key risks and mitigants of a clients credit profile against our lending parameters. CLF Summer Analysts will work on cash flow analyses and underwriting credits to sharpen financial analysis skills. Location: Wholesale Banking is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with offices throughout the U.S. in cities including New York, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, Boston, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.
