Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager, Surgical Drapes & Gowns is responsible for the marketing of the Surgical Drapes & Gowns portfolio with responsibilities in both upstream and downstream activities including P&L management. This roles responsibilities will focus predominately on Surgical Drapes in the U.S. and will also include select Global responsibilities. This role will report to the Sr. Product Manager, Surgical Drapes Marketing.
Responsibilities
Lead Surgical Drapes Commercial Execution including Sales & Promotional materials, Sales Training, and leading new activation creation (ie Direct Mail, print)
Identify and quantify opportunity and market size of innovation ideas within the Drapes segment
Support labeling/ packaging initiatives on Surgical Drapes
Support inventory management
Lead strategic initiatives spanning across the full Surgical Drapes & Gowns portfolio driving penetration, distribution and profitability
Identify and Execute on Value Improvement Projects to drive profitability
Support Sales Force connectivity including growing pipeline by interacting with the Sales Force to drive opportunity identification & conversion
Support Pricing Strategy including Tariff Mitigation, RFP inputs and Customer Pricing Deal Models
Market, Trends, Voice of Customer & Competitive reporting support
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience, preferred
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience MBA preferred
Strong strategic thinking, analytics, project management, business ownership and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills both in person and virtually
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
