The Service Center Technician / Electronics Technician is responsible for promptly addressing customer needs with a strong emphasis on a "first time fix" rate of customer owned Particle Counters

This position reports to the Global Service Center Supervisor and is part of the Global Service Center located in Loveland, Colorado and will be an ONSITE role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a first time fix.
• Delight customers in all aspects of the job by driving increased throughput, decreased downtime, regular instrument maintenance, and regular upgrades to their equipment.
• Diligently close out customer service requests using our computerized service management software system.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR equivalent military experience (working on any mechanical, technical, or any related instruments.)
• 2+ years of technical experience with electronics / electrical / electromechanical repair
• Strong computer skills with literacy in Microsoft programs

Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 30 lbs. unassisted.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Associate Degree in mechanical/electrical field
• Prior field service experience with particle counters a plus.

The hourly range for this role is $24.00-$35.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
