Deliver specialized research support for students and faculty in science and math liaison departments, including support for research design, data discovery, and effective use of disciplinary tools and resources.
Collaborate with Olin Library colleagues to continuously assess and improve research assistance services, incorporating user feedback, usage data, and emerging best practices in research support.
Maintain current knowledge of developments in data management, data literacy, research data services, and dataset availability to support teaching, learning, and research, with specific application in science and math disciplines.
Liaison
Partner with external faculty to integrate information literacy, research skills, and critical thinking into courses, assignments, and curricula, informed by student learning needs and disciplinary practices.
Collaborate with the Head of Collections and faculty in liaison areas to develop, assess, and refine collections in all formats, maintaining familiarity with disciplinary resources, emerging research tools, and publishing trends.
