This role focuses on turning member research and data into insights that inform how we engage, retain, and grow our membership base.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span></span></p></div><div><p><b><span>What Youll Do</span></b><span></span></p></div><ul><li><p><span><span>Analyze member survey and NPS data to identify loyalty drivers</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Mine and organize large datasets to uncover trends and insights</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Support loyalty and engagement initiatives tied to campaigns and new club openings</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Creative, and Operations teams</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Deliver insights and recommendations through a defined summer project</span></span><span></span></p></li></ul><div><p><span></span></p></div><div><p><b><span>What Were Looking For</span></b><span></span></p></div><ul><li><p><span><span>Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excel proficiency; experience with research or data mining is a plus</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Interest in loyalty, consumer behavior, or membership programs</span></span><span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
