This role focuses on how marketing programs are operationalized and delivered to members across print, in-club, and digital channels. </div><div>What Youll Do</div><ul><li>Support Smart Saver and promotional personalization testing</li><li>Maintain and organize Excel-based data related to audiences and distribution</li><li>Assist with coordination across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and vendors</li><li>Support promotional setup and data accuracy for member-facing channels</li><li>Participate in testing readouts and performance discussions</li><li>Support a defined summer project aligned to team priorities</li></ul><div></div><div>What Were Looking For</div><ul><li>Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field</li><li>Strong Excel and organizational skills</li><li>Interest in marketing operations, channel strategy, or personalization</li><li>Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn</li><li>Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred</li><li>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
