In order to qualify for this position, applicants must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position. To be creditable, experience must have been equivalent the next lower grade level (GS-8) in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: Screens calls and responds to customer complaints, devises and implements office procedures and practices, independently composes correspondence from executive leadership offices. provides guidance and expertise in issues involving correspondence and other administrative support functions, effectively resolves problems at the lowest level, effectively monitors station suspense's and ensures timeliness of responses.
