Program Summary

This position is for a 0.25 FTE Selective Laser Etch Process Development Lead in the defense/aerospace manufacturing sector, with primary responsibility of developing processes for selective laser etch requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop processes for selective laser etch, including, but not limited to: the laser, wet etch, meal deposition, and probe.
• Communicates process updates in weekly project status reviews
• Anticipates internal and/or external technical challenges and/or compliance issues; recommends process, product or service improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• 15+ Years of Laser Etch Process Development Experience in Defense/Aerospace Manufacturing
