KBRis seeking aDeputy Program Managerto support a government client in Jacksonville, FL. As aDeputy Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will lead multiple teams supporting the development, acquisition and sustainment of Department of Defense (DoD)aircraftsurvivability equipment and potentially other DoD platforms or weaponsystems.

Role and Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in a related field. Additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proximity to Jacksonville, FL to enable face-to-face collaboration with government clients and KBR team members is required.
• Must be able to travel as required by contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with government contract processes
• Navy experience, ideally with aviation
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• A background with aircraft survivability equipment and systems such as the AN/ALE-47 and AN/APR-39.
