The Team The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-impact executive and operational support to the Public Sector Executive Committee and Operations Team while leading the Administrative Team comprised of Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants. The Senior Executive Assistant will own standards, service levels, and continuous improvement for executive operations, events, onboarding/offboarding Managing Directors (MDs), and administrative excellence. The role will ensure seamless coordination, confidentiality, and measurable outcomes across a fast-paced, multi-site consulting environment. The salary range is $100,000 - $110,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
