A Brief Overview The Supervisor-Rehabilitation Services has responsibility for providing direct patient care, managing operational workflows, and supporting clinical aspects of an assigned group of clinicians within Rehab Services to provide effective and efficient patient care. The Rehab supervisor participates as a member of the management team to assure attainment of the Rehab Department objectives. The supervisor supports Rehab Managers and the Director in developing solutions to rehab services care delivery, operational processes/workflows, technological innovations, any regulatory developments, and restructuring of work. Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $66.52 - $88.14 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
