Lead, Formative Product Measurement Role Summary The Lead, Formative Product Measurement is accountable for leading the execution and evolution of the measurement strategy across our formative assessment portfolio. This role operates within and advances the broader formative measurement vision for the organization, helping translate strategic direction into scalable measurement systems, research programs, and AI-enabled innovation. In close partnership with executive measurement leadership, this role shapes the continued development of our precision learning architecture through methodological leadership, applied research, and cross-functional collaboration. This leader oversees psychometrics, learner and domain modeling, AI-assisted measurement and learning innovation, and the research agenda that underpins product design, efficacy, and validity. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The full-time salary range is between $165,000 - $185,000.
