Department Overview

Digital Recognition Network, a Motorola Solutions company and the market leader in license plate recognition and LPR data analytics for the private sector, is looking for an Affiliate Manager with experience in Repossessions and LPR. DRN provides big data solutions to the banking and auto-finance industry. If you are skilled in the Repossession industry with experience in LPR and RDN, proactive, takes initiative, works very well in a team environment but, at times without supervision, and able to identify problems / solutions and take action before issues arise, we want to hear from you!


Job Description

This is a remote position requiring travel. Employees can reside anywhere in the US, but it is preferred that they reside in the western United States.

The position is for a customer facing sales solution specialist who will manage DRN'S western regional markets; working with various recovery agencies, trade organizations, and sales teams; driving company objectives.

As an integral part of the Data Acquisition team of DRN, the Affiliate Manager shall work with both existing DRN Affiliate recovery agents in part as both, a relationship manager and business builder to expand data acquisition in our DRN Recovery Network. You will develop new Affiliate agents with the objectives of defining value for conducting scanning operations in the agent’s area of service, of increasing the output of existing Affiliate recovery agents and increasing the recovery rates of LPR assignments in the DRN Recovery Network.  To accomplish this it is expected that the Affiliate Manager be well versed in understanding the dynamics of the repossession industry, know the players and be able to position the use of DRN’s technology to drive data driven insights and production value against market opportunities.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Recruit new Affiliate prospects and their potential impact to the DRN network. Define and position new Affiliates for success with assertive goals and objectives in growth markets.

  • Identify key markets to capture new data growth of existing Affiliates. 

  • Ensure best practices of existing Affiliates to expand their use of DRN technology for the purpose of increasing output and scan volumes in markets.

  • Ensure that Affiliates are aligned with LPR Providers and their associated revenue opportunities as a means of fueling the economic engine of the DRN Recovery Network

  • Driving the DRN vision while supporting the sales of new DRN technology to Affiliates

  • Execution of and Enforcement of Affiliate contracts

  • Regular field visits with Affiliates

  • Meet quotas for Scan Volumes, MSA expansion and Technology sales. Foster industry collaboration by participating in industry conferences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Auto Finance industry/ repossession industry with exposure and a strong understanding of the repossession industry and players.

  • Familiarity with RDN and LPR. 

  • Crisp & Clear Communicator: Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions.

  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinker to define what is and what is not important.

  • Familiarity with business processes related to business channels, preferred

  • Creative entrepreneur who finds innovative ways to overcome roadblocks and seek challenges to deliver excellent user experience and adoption of solutions for new market opportunities.

  • Ability to think quickly and develop, structure, negotiate, draft and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships

  • Experience with Google Suite of products as well as, familiarity with field management software, RDN and iRepo (i.e. Clearplan) 

  • Strong work ethic/self-regulator

  • Customer Service and Sales Skills

  • Team oriented/works well with others

  • High School Graduate

  • Minimum 2 years college education preferred

  • LPR Industry knowledge is preferred but not required.

  • Position requires a minimum of 50% travel

Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
