Job Summary: This role is part of the Sales Planning & Analysis (SPA) department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and supports revenue generation by enabling effective order management, sell-in forecasting, and replenishment for NOA’s key accounts. The position partners closely with internal sales teams and retailers to both sustain current revenue and drive incremental growth, requiring strong analytical capability, data-driven storytelling, and trusted retailer relationships. Manages sell-in (sales) activities for assigned retail/distributor accounts (NOA, NOCL, NLA, and subsidiaries), while providing guidance and training to other team members, including modeling leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and communication.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Pay Range: $105,300—$168,500 USD Contact Information
