This role partners closely with technical teams, product and delivery leads, subject matter experts, and change management to prioritize features, govern releases, and track ROI and impact against business objectives.</p><p></p><p><b><span>You will be responsible for</span></b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure digital solutions directly address business pain points and support strategic outcomes for TDS product and process development.</li><li>Own, articulate, and socialize the business case for the product, including value drivers, success metrics and value realization plans.</li><li>Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and measurable outcomes from the business perspective.</li><li>Partner closely with Technical Product Owner, development teams, subject-matter experts (SMEs), quality and change management to prioritize business features, balancing feasibility, compliance and value.</li><li>Maintain the business roadmap (release plan, adoption milestones, impact metrics) and update stakeholders on progress and trade-offs.</li><li>Define and approve business acceptance criteria for releases; validate delivered features against business outcomes.</li><li>Lead product compliance and risk analysis to ensure solutions meet relevant regulatory, quality and data integrity requirements.</li><li>Track adoption, change-readiness and business impact; drive stakeholder engagement to meet adoption milestones.</li><li>Monitor and report product impact against business objectives, using data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Qualifications / Requirements:</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field is required</li><li>Advanced degree (MBA, MS/PhD) or professional certifications (e.g., CSPO, Product Owner, PMP) is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required: </b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.</li><li>5&#43; years product ownership or product management experience.</li><li>Strong business domain knowledge and credibility within Pharmaceutical R&amp;D / CMC / Manufacturing or adjacent regulated environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience owning business requirements, product outcomes, or digital initiatives.</li><li>Ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes.</li><li>Working knowledge of agile delivery and product‑centric ways of working.</li><li>Background in change management, adoption programs or operational excellence projects.<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Direct experience supporting CMC / Process Development digital solutions (e.g., LIMS, ELN, MES, lab automation, R&amp;D informatics)</li><li>Experience with portfolio or program management tools and adoption analytics platforms.</li><li>Experience with GenAI and Agentic Automation.<br /><br /><br /> </li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
