Job Summary

Provide network engineering SETA support to the Government. Advise on ground, enterprise, and range network architectures supporting TT&C operations, system integration, and test events. Review contractor designs, ICDs, performance analyses, and test results to ensure compliance with SCAR requirements and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Review contractor Layer 13 network architectures, including routing, switching, VLANs, multicast, QoS, redundancy, and resiliency.

Assess ground and NOC integration designs, network demarcation points, and ICDs with government enterprise systems and test ranges.

Evaluate network performance supporting TT&C operations, including latency, throughput, prioritization, and fault tolerance.

Review PTP / timing network architectures (boundary clocks, QoS, GPS integration, holdover concepts) and assess mission impact.

Review network-related test plans, procedures, and results; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Provide independent technical input for SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and readiness reviews.

Required Qualifications

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, QoS, VPNs, firewalls, and timing networks.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior SETA or government advisory experience preferred.
