This role sits at the intersection of capital markets, servicing operations, and business development, requiring a strong understanding of CMBS structures, master servicing economics, and issuer expectations. The position will work closely with senior capital markets professionals, servicing leadership, and operations teams to prepare competitive, accurate, and compelling RFP responses and servicing proposals.
