About the role Pearson Professional Assessments is looking for an Advanced Specialist, Legal Counsel/Contract Management to join its legal team, supporting the Certiport and e-commerce businesses. In this role, you will act as a key legal partner across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, and third parties to ensure contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed effectively. You will play a critical role in safeguarding Pearsons legal interests, while enabling commercial outcomes through strong contract strategy, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Location & working pattern This is a full time, Remote position ideally based out of the US or UK. Compensation: Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $95,000 $110,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
