Position Summary The Grants and Foundation Relations Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening the College's ability to secure and steward external funding by serving as the central coordinator for the grant lifecycle, including proposal development, submission, and post-award reporting for foundation, state, local, and federal funding opportunities. This role enhances operational efficiency and supports the growth of sustainable external funding streams. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Operations, with a dotted-line relationship to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Specialist works collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance, strengthen stewardship, and support effective grant implementation. Work Schedule Requirements: Regular Business Hours - Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Occasional support on evenings and weekends. Hybrid Availability: Yes, based on the needs of the department and approval of Advancement leadership. Benefits at a Glance Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. They accrue between 18 and 23 days of paid time off annually. After 90 days of employment, tuition remission is available, with the College covering 100% of tuition costs (employees are responsible for books and technology fees).
