Dielectric - Electrical Engineer
<p>The Electrical Engineer RF I is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the design&nbsp;<br>and development of broadcast antenna and RF filter systems. Under the supervision of the&nbsp;<br>Director of Electrical Engineering, this position will work closely with senior engineers to&nbsp;<br>create designs, perform technical analyses, and contribute to product documentation.&nbsp;<br>This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in RF engineering while&nbsp;<br>collaborating across departments to support company objectives.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Assist in designing and developing new RF products using HFSS, Solid Edge, and proprietary software.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform technical analysis, calculations, and testing to validate designs.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the creation of product documentation, including cost estimates and engineering change orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians to test and refine RF products.&nbsp;</li><li>Adapt to changing project scope and priorities as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Essential Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>B.S. in Electrical Engineering (RF/Antenna Engineering is a plus).&nbsp;</li><li>03 years of experience in RF-related fields (broadcast, wireless, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of RF theory, particularly in filter/combiner design and RF components.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Exposure to ANSYS Electronics Desktop, Mathematica, and Oracle MRP is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team.&nbsp;</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.</p>
