Senior HR Consultant for Faculty Relations (Hybrid)Job SummaryThe University of Michigan-Flint Human Resources Office is seeking a Senior HR Consultant with a primary focus on all components of faculty labor and faculty appointments. Reporting to the Associate HR Director at UM-Flint, this position will provide consultation, guidance and support to faculty, departments, managers, faculty leadership, and campus administration on hiring, onboarding, employment processing, policy interpretation, labor relations support, compliance, and HR operations.
