We are continuing to expand our anesthesia services and invite you to join our collaborative team of more than 150 anesthesia providers. * Precept SRNAs and support the development of future anesthesia providers

* Participate in Grand Rounds, journal clubs, case conferences, and continuing education programs

In accordance with delineated clinical privileges, the CRNA is responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care, including but not limited to:

* Performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations
* Developing and implementing individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the anesthesia team
* Delivering anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings
* Monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period and responding to changing clinical conditions
* Providing post-anesthesia evaluation, follow-up, and patient care

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Masters' Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice Preferred.

Licenses:

• California registered nurse license and CRNA license required.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.

• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Experience:

• 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred.
