Advanced Specialist, Content Developer Advanced Specialist, Content Implementation This role aligns to industry level titles such as "Test Development Manager" or "Content Implementation Manager" Role summary The Advanced Specialist, Content Developer role drives end-to-end item and test development for large-scale K12 statewide assessment programs. This role serves as a primary client-facing leader for content development; translates standards and blueprints into high-quality item/test specifications; and coordinates cross-functional work with Psychometrics, Content, Publishing Services, Program Delivery, and Finance. The Senior TDM provides thought leadership on assessment design, ensures operational excellence across paper and online modalities, and helps deliver successful outcomes for programs. Location - Remote (US) Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $85,000 - $95,000.
