This position reports to the Field Maintenance Manager and is responsible for providing support with the processes governing polling place locations and the adequate equipment needed throughout the County while also ensuring compliance of accessibility. 

• Field telephone inquiries from the public: e.g. voters, candidates and political party representatives, relative to polling place locations.
• Verify polling place locations and coordinate changes as needed.
• Perform onsite visits to determine functionality and accessibility of a poll.
• Maintain contact information for polling places.
• Correspond with polling place contacts via phone, email, in writing, or in-person.
• Assists in scheduling equipment and supply deliveries to polling locations.
• Maintain inventory records for relevant equipment: e.g. ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) supplies, ADA compliance and PPC (Polling Place Coordinator) checklists, tables, machines.
• Assists in ensuring polling places have the appropriate furniture, restroom facilities, and are universally accessible.  
• Escalate operational issues to the Field Maintenance Manager as necessary. 
• Track polling place issues and ensure corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
