We thoroughly screen applicants by providing a preliminary personality exam developed by a veteran government system analyst. We certify all references, background, and drug screenings. In addition, we submit only the top 10% to work on any assignment or direct placement. All “Temp-to-Hire” contractors are available FREE after a full-time 12 month assignment, should you desire to place them on your payroll. This only applies to the “Temp-to-Hire” contracts.
