While working in New York at Fortune 500 companies, Monica received a wealth of knowledge in human resources and marketing functions. Since moving to St. Louis she has gained additional experience in career services, diversity training and relationship management.

I created my etiquette consulant business so that I can pass along the tools(soft skills) and help give people the polish they need to get what the want in life and career.

God's Blessings to you, Monica! This is what I have been preaching for years, when I was teaching. We need to have classes in the High Schools and Colleges on the very thing that you are servicing on your website. It is truly needed for both male and female. Very much needed with our black youth.
