Millicent has over 20 years in the financial services industry. Her primary focus is to offer quality financial services to Callahan & Callahan 's clients. Her deep commitment to a standard of excellence is reflected in the high level of customer service extended to her clients.

She has developed her knowledge and experience by working with notable investment firms which includes Fidelity Investments, and Griffin Financial Services, a division of Home Saving of America (Currently Chase Financial). She received her B.A. Degree from Dillard University in New Orleans, LA and has obtained the series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 (Registered Investment Adviser) investment industry licenses. Her accomplishments also include co-author of "Your Wealthy Place," an investment article published in the San Fernando Valley Chronicle News. "Your Wealthy Place" was also distributed as a newsletter. She also co-hosted a weekly radio broadcast of “Your Finances.” In addition to investment classes held at La Canada and Beverly Hills High Schools, she has conducted financial workshops for organizations such as the National Association of Black Engineers, the Black Chamber of Commerce and several church organizations. Millicent on several occasions has participated as guest panelist for Investment Banking at the University of Southern California. In addition to the commendations received from The California State Legislature and The U.S. House of Representatives, she along with her partner Stephen Callahan, has received the "Small Business of the Year" award for outstanding service to their community from The United Chamber of Commerce. She has also co-authored the books “Interview 1 on 1: The Look Of An Executive.” It is an instructional book on how to develop that wnining executive look. And "Warning: Professional Sports Don't Make Millionaires" Also an instructional book on Athletes developing the business side of their careers.

Because my partner and I have interviewed several interns for our intership program, we've written a book specifically for the students who are about to take on the internship season. The name of the book is "Interview 1 On 1: The Look Of An Executive" A must read before the next interview. It's a step by step guide that explains how to make a long lasting first impression and delveloping that executive look. I've also Co-Authored "Warning: Professional Sports Don't Make Millionaires" A great book that focus on developing the business mind of the Athlete.
