What is the importance of educational learning?
Current Whereabouts:
I am a former Regional and Corporate Trainer for Top Forbes and Fortunes 500 Companies in the Restaurant Industry. I founded my urban leadership, training and development company to teach minority neighborhoods and communities competitive, high-end targeted recruiting, retention development, training and development, and succession planning strategies to achieve aspiring career as well as fulfilling lives. My company exist to serve the need of urban mix-used neighborhood and communities. We provide educational tools, workbooks and self study for students and young professionals as well as staff development and staff support to educational institutions, educators, and administrators. We design supplementary learning programs, workshops and training classes in career construction, occupational transitions, and vocational developmental tasks. We also help persons develop a personal theory or concept of career, which allows them to shape life, career, and progress through personal interests, talents, needs and values.
