Ms. Shantel A. Hudgins born in Charleston, WV and grew up in a small town called Paint Creek, WV. Earned a B.S. in Communication at West Virginia State University. Shantel is a hard working individual who has worked for her Alma Mater West Virginia State University since she was a student. She enjoys helping others, singing, painting, and drawing. Shantel plans on continuing her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Graphic Design.
