Posted By: Pamela Davis on January 23, 2009 January has been a period of intensity of waitng for responses and looking for resources for college for my oldest son Ryan. It is a daunting task but necessary and I'm sure well worth it, but I sure would like it have it all covered right now : ). There are endless links to potential sites for funding through loans and scholarships and I intend to hit every one. I have relied heavily on Dr. Stephen Jones' book " Ultimate Scholarship Guide" but welcome any leads and/or suggestions. THE HUNT IS ON! Is he a junior or senior? What colleges and universities will he apply to? Are you in a high or low income bracket? Do you have money saved at all for his education? Finally, what grade average and extracurriclua activities has he participated in? These are most important questions to answer before you look and I hope you haven't waited until his last year to start looking.

It actually is his senior year. The other questuons you posed are of a somewhat personal nature; don't really want to post it all on a blog but we do have all of the information you suggested and are using it daily.
