Foreclosure Notice(s)? It is Not Over, If...

It is sad. it is unthinkable, and it has become a regular news item, reality if you will, for the unfortunate numbers of similar U.S. citizens now caught up in this whirlwind of mortgage write-downs, loan modifications, mortgage defaults and foreclosures. The President's economic stimulus package helps many, but how many understand the way in which those many average-hard working citizens did what was the model to what was promised as the "ticket" to retirement"? And,' as an elderly gentleman related to me yesterday, "I can't retire, I do not know computers, retirement savings are so diminished, etc., etc"., The gloom and hopelesness soon reach you. The one assurance I could give was not to throw up hands in despair. This is especially true if one's home is in danger of being foreclosed. I detail that and urge all readers of this forum who want to help those in similar straits to visit home foreclosure strategies at: www.jurisdictionary.com?refercode=cb0004. Many of these tips could foreseeably, provide necessary "maneuverability" to negotiate or renegotiate with his lender or mortgage servicer. It's worth a try and beats a bankruptcy notatation on one's credit record for years! Most importantly of all, the home-an American "Dream"-just might be preserved.
