FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE STIMULUS BILL OF PRESIDENT OBAMA: YOUR CHALLENGE!

Posted By: Bill Cooper on June 05, 2009 First, I am going to ask permission from my readers to make what may seem to be a bold, self-centered, lofty statement. But I have decided to call myself the "Voice" of the STIMULUS BILL in my state, and with several good reasons after studying the language of a Bill that runs all OF 1,000 pages or better in its entirety. In fact, I'll make that assertion without apology and unequivocally! From interviews with literally, hundreds of ordinary taxpayers whom have basically little or no understanding of this Bill AND HOW IT will impact all of us and yet which holds such financial promise. (Just do your homework!). Please follow along as I pursue promoting the benefits the stimulus bill contains for average and ordinary Americans and I challenge others to do the same, or similarly in your state. As the President says often, "It's our money"-yours. In fact, I must pause now to visit one community action agency that has received stimulus funding (or thought it would) and how to best get this money to the public. I'll keep you posted... By the way, someone brought it to my attention a typo I made about a prime source for stimulus funds which is : www.grants.gov. The 's' must be on or the site is invalid.
