Today I am giving thanks to each of my subscribers and customers who purchased a copyof my book, "Cooling Well Water: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" ISBN 13 978-9754612-0-4

"Thank YOU!"

When I decided to publish this coolectionof work, I wanted to e sue it reflected the spirit of an individual with a mental illness so that it minister to othes and encourage others to step out of a poainful way of life and experience his or her true purpose.

Bipolar has no cure, but with making adjustments to a lifestyle, readers can live an improved quality of life. That might mean ending homelessness, drug use, alocohol abuse, leaving an abusive relationship, job stability, ending family drama where YOU are the star of the show, or learning new coping and management strategies. Telling my story has definitely been healing in many ways.

I am asking each of you who have not purchased a copy of the book to consider having a handy book of good storytelling and resources at your fingertips. "Cooling Well Water: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" ISBN 13 978-9754612-0-4 is written from a person-centered point of view so you learn from an every-day person like me about making a decision to change your life around. You learn from a person who doctors declared should be admitted in a mental institution for the remainder of my life how God rescued me with His healing grace and mercy. I am not suppose to be here today with sound, mind, and body, sharing my life to help others. I am defeating the odds given me and I give God all the glory. I also thank you for your support.

This book is worthy of investing yourself as a stakeholder in the new YOU! Here is what customers are saying about "Cooling Well Water: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" ISBN 13 978-9754612-0-4:
