WHO'S HEADING THE FAMILY?

WHO
Posted By: MIISRAEL Bride on August 19, 2009

Family tragedies are leading in the news headlines everywhere. I read of them all of the time. I feel compassion for families that suffer losses of their love ones, whether they are accidental or otherwise. The pain involved can be devastating and hurtful. Then of course, the coping and decison making in many losses can be highly stressful. So stressful that only time is able to heal. When families are close, I feel it's better for each of them, but then I know all families are not close. Suffering with tragedies of murder, suicides, accidental deaths has torn families apart...Also included are the trials of divorce and separtion and ugly custody battles. So many times--some tragedies could have been prevented. I'm not going to elude you into thinking I'm some expert in family counseling, or that I'm capable of give you the best advice to you if you're suffering in a loss--so in "scrutinity" I exercise only my right to have an opinion.

Over my few years of sharing with my family I've noticed changes in families and how families are not taught the same as when I was growing up. I lived with both of my parents, but today's family heads include single parets, men or women, and there are interacial parents, parents who have the same gender as a partner and let's not forget adoptions and foster parenting.

Ways in moral values were and is important in my close knit family, but so many families today only teach survival of the fittest! Mothers and fathers are living together not married, which was totally never permitted during my years of raising up. Family today fights are often resulting in killing each other over small things "so much far less valuable than living together in love and harmony." There's so much more caring benefits to be found in a family filled with love than one of hate.

What has happened to the heads of the family? Families have lost respect for the leaders of the household. Many families and children hate their mothers, fathers, guardians and each other. Thus, children commit mastercides, parents kill their own children, and spouses then themselves. Oftentimes, in confusion they make bitter asumptions. I wouldn't be true to myself if I didn't state that many families do not know God. God is able to be the head of all families. Like I said in "scrutinity" I'm giving my own opinion. Afterall, this is MY BLOG. My speech is headed for it's end. I hope you and your family has the presence of God. He's certainly the head of my family. It's Head to Head..What do you think?
