Can Married Couples Save A Fallen World?

Can Married Couples Save A Fallen World?
Posted By: J. A. Faulkerson on September 26, 2009

Do married couples (i.e., one man and one woman) have the capacity to save a fallen world? I think so, but only if we use our marriages as vehicles for spreading the good news about Jesus Christ. We must always remember that marital relationships are representative of God's love for mankind. When we get them right, we are on course to understanding humanity's origins, our unique role as the universe's caretakers.

What do you think?

I look forward to reading your responses.

Hello Mr. Jeffery,

I agree with you. However, I do not understand what Jesus Christ had to do with marriage. In the story of Genesis God and not Jesus Christ married Adam and Eve, am I right? So again, what does Jesus Christ has to do with marriage?

What say you?

What an egotistical way to think ... that just b/c you believe in JC somehow gives you a unique role as the universe's caretakers. Wow, now I've heard it all. I wonder what you all will say once you realize that JC is a figment of man's imagination and was pieced together from bits and pieces of other deities that came before him. And THAT list is long.

Hello Mr. Amos,

This is what you said, “JC is a figment of man's imagination and was pieced together from bits and pieces of other deities that came before him.”

Could you give some tangible information that would back up your opinion about JC? I believe you are implying that that JC did not exist, am I right. So, please put some fire to this, okay?

What say you?

Hello Mr. Williams,

You said this, “I think you should read my book, "How Did I Get Here?"

Okay, I recognized a sales pitch concerning your book. I personally do not like to read. I rather dialogue and that is what we are doing on this particular blog.

Therefore, let me ask you, how do you think we got here?

Tell me what you think.

Someone explain the Christian concept of the relations hip between God and Jesus to Mr. Watley. That, possibly, Jesus was God on the earth in flesh. Anyone remember their Bible study to tell this gentleman?

Mr. Amos, this is a forum, I thought , discussing one's books and other writings. I do not need any debates about religious beliefs. Present your views in a book or blog or article that I can read. I am still entitled to my beliefs.
