FEDERAL COURT TO HEAR ALABAMA HOME EVICTION CASE---UPDATED

FEDERAL COURT TO HEAR ALABAMA HOME EVICTION CASE---UPDATED
Posted By: Bill Cooper on November 30, 2009

Many of my readers are already familiar with another project yours truly has taken on, with a FEROCITY!!! It is becoming more and more fascinating all the time AND IN THIS CURRENT ECONOMIC CLIME, I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO SHARE MY STORY, THOUGH IT 'STRIKES' AT ME AND MY FAMILY'S SENSE OF PRIDE, BUT IF THIS BUNGLED EVICTION BY A SCOFFLAW LANDLORD HAPPENED TO US , IT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE!

As this recession becomes more and more 'grueling' for AMERICANS TO BEAR, THERE IS A LOT OF "WRONG DOING" TAKING PLACE AT THE SAME TIME! In this Thanksgiving season I in my small way wish to share our illegal and wrongful eviction -one we are primed to remind and defend against trampling our constitutional guarantee of DUE PROCESS BEFORE ANYONE can deprive Americans of their LIFE, LIBERTY, PURSUIT of HAPPINESS, or PROPERTY.

This civil rights story is so intriguing a United States Federal Judge has decided to hear our case and it is already on the internet and I want this travesty of injustice and inequality published in case it may help someone else in his (or her ) 'neck of the woods'. and who may be in similar circumstances may find encouragement, inspiration as well as help.

We have an extremely high probability of trial success-as a certified class-with room for others; get details. Class action case because the travesty perpetrated has been much more flagrant than already disclosed-therefore MORE damaging, i.e. causing greater a case for irreparable harm that will SHOCK the Ccnscience of an impartial court.

The website for this case, which is in federal state courts for egregious violations of civil rights before even receiving PrOPER as well as ADEQUATE notice of such seizure takes place.

And I have heard enough stories of illegal seizures-including in foreclosures-long enough until I have formed a tenancy association to combat illegal property seizure in which some cases prior courts have ruled similar to be "treasonous Acts against Acts of War against the state-the USA!

In these economically trying times I urge everyone to become familiar with the guaranteed rights to Americans-a birthright, if you will- and which many of fellow citizens are engaged as I write in TWO wars to ensure preservation and continuation of our LIBERTIES-a characteristic that makes America a VERY SPECIAL PLACE!

That website for the case can be accessed by typing in your browser WILLIAM B. COOPER & RENATA S. COOPER v. DANNY M. HAYES DBA HAYES PROPERTIE, INC. Because the FEDERAL court in Montgomery, Alabama, my boyhood hometown, I have been thrust into the civil rights battle again, just as I was in the 1950s, 60s and early 70s. That was long past (one would have thought) era of Rosa Parks and the bus boycott-I was age 9 some will recall, Martin Luther who established the Montgomery Improvement Association in order to support the bus boycott and in which my Uncle Uriah Fields, my Mother-Henrietta Fields Cooper's younger brother History thrust my family to be on the 'serrated' edge of the history of the modern civil rights movement.

And who wants to try and convince me and my family history does not repeat itself. It most assuredly does. And I take on the responsibility that this challenge has presented itself as IF I am a child of DESTINY!

You know how to contact me. May we serve you? And especially this is the case if you think all hope is lost. Just remember, this is still AMERICA. It belongs to all of us.

My philosophy of life is: One always has options. Try every one until things turn for the better in your life. I can truthfully declare this approach has always, repeat always worked for me--since I attained the age of awareness.

And there is so much more I could add to that thought...

Both of them still survive with full clarity of mind-my mother in her early nineties and my uncle in his mid-80s. And when I visit my mother and SIBLINGS-ALL TEN STILL survive also-and bring up this case... We all seem to have a LOOK of ACCEPTANCE: If not you , Whom.

And Yes, I will entertain thoughts of collaboration as well as the sale of rights to this fascinating chapter of my life.

As a secondary benefit as to what surely seemed disastrous, other opportunities have come along including being asked to write a series of monthly articles over the next six months highlighting many benefits that will be available on the 2009 IRS tax return in the 2010 filing season. I have shared information elsewhere of a mentoring program I am now involved in trying to assist low inmates housed in my community's correctional system and which saves taxpayers more than a million dollars in our area under this faith-based work release program . Something a few of you are involved to help similar hapless individuals find their way back to being successful and productive citizens of the community. If only they could happen upon a trusted individual to turn to for leadership, coaching, advising and just 'being there' when those low moments of depression, loneliness' quit, strike!

"Go Get Em Bill!"

I will never, ever forget the ills of humanity upon our people and people who don't look like them...as well as the poor ones who do!

Many folks, especially the young, don't give a damn as to what went on "Back In Da Day!" The only concern is what is mine today...and "I don't have time to listen to no damned Ole Head!" They have forgotton what sacrifices were made for them!

It's tragic...as it does repeat itself.

Good Lookin Out, Bill!

Peace and Love,

Greg.
