Starting Over...

Posted By: James Simmons on August 05, 2005 In high school, I created an identity for myself throughout the four years. Now I have to start all over again in college, where no one knows my past and hopefully wants to know me in the future. Is it a good thing that they don't know my past? In some cases it is. I have had practice starting over for the simple fact that my parents are in the military. But now I am entering a more mature environment and not sure how it is going to work out. I might have had practice starting over, but I still hate doing it. Does anybody else feel that starting over is one of the hardest things of college life? ya jay i feel ya, but sometimes its good startin ova, no-one knos each otha so its gonna make it easier, an everyone gonna be new this time so it wont be so bad. it may be a lil harder cuz we are gonna be somewhat alone startn ova but its gone be iight son.

Starting over is hard a majority of the time, but moving to this next level of maturity means you have to be more mature about the change. Your 1st semester is important to the development of your college character. How you act, and mostly your actions will say a lot about you as a person. Make sure you dont do anything you'll regret when you get into college...I'm sure you wont!
