Anyway, I'm going to Hampton next year (2 snaps for me) and I wanted to know if the female competiton is as fierce as I've heard it is. I don't like a lot of drama nor, by no means, want to start any, but I want to know what to execpt. Like what's this about the Trandsetters, Divas, and VC Cuties dorms?? ARe the names well deserved?? Hey Alsye. I know what you mean about the female competition being fierce but from what a few of the current freshmen have told me, thats due to the terrible female to male ratio. Like ... for every ten or twelve girls there's one guy, or some **** like that. But thats any HBCU, you know? As far as the Trendsetters, Divas, Cuties ... those are just the little nicknames for the dorms, lol I doubt that all the Divas will be divas, and all the VC Cuties will be cuties - but maybe a few of the current Hamptonians can give some insight on that. Hey I know exactly what you mean, because I've been thinking on that since I decided to go to Hampton. From what some of my girls have told me in the freshman class this year, as long as you handle your business and don't stoop down to the pettiness you'll get respect. Davidson Divas, Twitchell Trendsetters and all those other names are just lil nicknames...mainly for the freshmen step show. Anywayz, enjoy the summer and see you in the Fall!!!! ~'09~
