All means to reserve anonymity will be utilized. Survey results will be posted. No email address will be storaged or used for spam The survey contains statements concerning morale, state financing, and perceptions of the potential merging of black universities with integrated publically funded universities. Please respond by clicking the response that best represents your opinion. 1. Publically funded Historically Black Colleges/Universities (HBCU) should merge with racially integrated universities.
