HBCU College Tour for teens

Posted By: Christina Johnson on April 14, 2010 Hello HBCU Connect, Who wants to help send 30 kids and 15 of their parents on a HBCU college tour this summer? On this tour the students will get a chance of a life time to visit 10 of the best schools in the USA. We are going to Lousiana, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi. I am a eduactor in the school district in Texas. I see so many different kids that dont know if they want to go to college or dont know what college they want to go to. But when someone ask about the HBCU colleges they #1 dont know what HBCU stands for or #2 only know Texas Southern Univeristy or PV AM.
