Edward Garrett Texas Southern University class of 2010 Check this out Young Lady, going to a black college is very hard for us young African-Americans, and the temptation toll is on ht e rise and increasing everyday. You feel me. That ain't noone but the devil trying to destroy what God have in store for you. Pray about it. And my advice to your homegirl that pushed you into the dude, you need to let her be because if she was your "FRIEND" she wouldn't do no trifling stuff like that. If your boyfriend is not on the same campus as you, nor if he is in the same state as you, stay in efficient contact with him, whether it is by phone, email, by writing, hell, by pigeons /just joking :-) /. But you are now a grown woman and you know what your heart is telling you. But first stay focused on your education and future, because you can proceed in life by yourself with the help of the Lord. If you do, then you need to leave this guy alone. It's cool to like him, but don't be trying to get with him, you know. Just stay with the one you already know.
