Tryin to move on

Posted By: Brittany Bush on March 01, 2005 Last year I got hurt in tha worst way and I was neva to big on commitment before that and now I don't wanna any commitment at all. I guess you can say that I've always had a fear of commitment and what happened just made it even more apparent to everyone around me. If anyone even wanted a relationship with me they would have to understand that any type of commitment beyond friendship most likely won't happen. At this moment I'm not sure if that's what I want. I miss actually known that I've got someone there for me on another level. The thing is I don't think I'm completely over my ex yet, cause I still don't wanna give anyone even a chance at getting as close to me as we were. My best friend told me that all the feelings and memories that we had aren't just gonna go away over night, and the fact that I even think about dating otha guys is a big step. Maybe it's jus that I want a real relationship with someone I trust, but the probblem is I don't trust anyone. For real I think I'm more confused now than I was last year, when I didn't think anything could be as bad as it was then. But what can I do except wait and see what happens.
