Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on July 20, 2011 HBCULINKUP.COM is a National Educational and Informational Social Networking website. This site offers inner city Junior High, High School and College Students the opportunity to upload their academic and athletic profile. Students, parents, and school counselors can interact with several Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). HBCULINKUP.COM serves as a vehicle for students to discover educational opportunities outside of their own community. The site is responsible for providing ongoing informational resources to thousands of students choosing and being accepted by HBCU’s. HBCULINKUP.COM aims to reduce the educational and informational gap between communities across the country about HBCUs. These objectives will be conducted through Bus Tours, Social Networking and Promotional Events. Hbcubustours.com was created out of blackcollegebustour.com. Over the twenty eight years we have placed students into historically black colleges and universities, we realized there was a lack of connection between young adults, high schools and communities with HBCU’s. Overall our students were not prepared for college nor does the community understand the great services offered by HBCU’s. As a member we ask you to invite as many of your families, friends, high schools, churches, and any organizations that are interested in putting young adults into college.
