Posted By: Stephanie Dockersy on October 20, 2005 I am confused. I have been employed with my first full-time job for four years now. I have topped out in my position, and I can not advance. The pay is lousy, but I have developed close relationships with my co-workers. I applied for a job with another organization. They called me for two interviews. Now I am faced with the decision of going somewhere new or staying where I am and depending on the 3% raise each year or make $12.00 + on the new job. What do you guys and gals think?
