Posted By: Cheryl Larkin on March 12, 2005 what if you've had a friend for about ten years and he/she was your high school sweetheart....now that your in college he/she proposed cause they were scared to lose you..would you say yes?or no?.....also theres a new trust factor issue cause he thinks your big pimpin it on campus...and now hes in the navy travling to other countries al the time.....but remeber thats your boo..the person you know ur gonna marry anyway..would you take that chance and lose them or just say yes and tie yourself down to that person you really love and not even waste your time with anyone else? This is a hard decision to make. In what ever you do make sure you weight out all your options, cuz once something happen it is hard to reverse what has went down.

My personal opinion is that you should follow your heart. If you feel that this is the man for you, then the only reason that you should be questioning anything is because you want to finish getting your education and being able to take care of self, just in case you are ever in the position to fend for yourself. This is a cold cold world and if you've lived your life and had all the fun it has to offer then what could possibly be wrong with being with the one who wants to love you for the rest of your life, unless.......of course your feelings for him are in question!
